RYCO Management is a full service real estate management and development company located in Rochester, New York. The company was founded in 1971 by James D. Ryan, Sr. to serve as the property development and management arm for various real estate projects in Upstate New York. In 2001 the company was sold to James D. Ryan, Jr. and John W. Anderson and since that time the company has continued to focus on the Upstate New York real estate market.

Jim has been President of RYCO Management, LLC since 2000. He is directly responsible for the leasing and property management of over 700,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the Rochester, New York market. Under Jim’s leadership, RYCO manages properties for its own account, and provides development and management services for third parties such as Westfall Medical Office Park and the New York State Appellate Court. Prior to joining RYCO, Jim was co-founder and co-owner of GLC Business Services, a provider of business outsourcing services. Jim holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
John W Anderson

John has over 25 years of experience in the banking and real estate industries. After 10 years in banking at the Irving Trust Company and Citicorp Real Estate, Inc in New York City he joined Wilmorite Properties, Inc. as CFO, and later became its President and CEO. Throughout his career, John has managed the financing, construction, development, and acquisition of retail, office, residential, and hotel properties. He holds a B.A. from the State University of New York and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Rochester, where he teaches a graduate-level course in real estate finance and development |
