In 2000 the RYCO Management responded to a need at the University of Rochester to manage the significant number of off-campus medical office locations for the University. In this role RYCO provides a call center service for all tenant related requests, maintenance and building management services and a turnkey billing process.

In 1995, RYCO contracted with New York State to manage a state of the art new building in downtown Rochester that would house the New York State Appellate Court. RYCO Management now provides a turnkey facilities management function for this 200,000 square foot regional courthouse located in downtown Rochester. RYCO takes full responsibility for all management functions to insure that this state facility is fully operational as required by the Court’s strict guidelines.
